HON. KIZZITO ONUOHA ASSUMES OFFICE AS SOLAD NGOR OKPALA LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA

Hon. Kizzito Chidozie Onuoha has assumed office as Sole Administrator of Ngor Okpala Local Government following the appointment of new Sole Administrators by Imo State Governor, His Excellency, Gov. Hope Uzodinma.
According to a press release issued by Imo State Commissioner for Information, Public Orientation, and Strategy, the new SOLADs will pilot the affairs of the 27 Local Government Councils until the State conducts its local government elections.
The new Sole Administrators were inaugurated on Monday, 3rd of June, 2024 by His Excellency, Gov. Hope Uzodinma.
Hon. Kizzito Onuoha after his inauguration, took over the Local Government administration from the Council’s Director of Administration and General Services – DAGS, Mrs. Irojiogu, who is the most senior local government officer.
The new Sole Administrator of Ngor Okpala Local Government Council, Hon. Kizzito Onuoha, is a household name in Imo politics.
Former Commissioner representing Owerri Zone at Imo State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission ( ISOPADEC) under the short lived administration of Former Governor Emeka Ihedioha.
A seasoned politician and core party loyalist who has put over two and half decades going through different schools of thought and sharing political ideologies and in-depth knowledge with revered political gurus.
Hon. Kizzito is former speaker/leader of Ngor Okpala Local Government Legislative Council, he is presently the Spokesman, Coalition of Elected Local Government Councilors of Imo State. A former Special Assistant on Adminstrative Matters, and Chief of Staff to Ngor Okpala Local Government Chairman during the administration of Chief Emma Nwaogu, as well as one time Acting Secretary (Seclog) to Ngor Okpala Local Government Area Council. Kizzito is Chairman, Leaders of Council in Owerri Zone and also the Leader of Imo State Councilors’ Forum (Class of 2010).
Apart from dependability which is one of the enviable qualities he exudes, Hon. Kizzito Onuoha is a left wing politician and core progressive, whose level of humility is indeed amazing.
A formidable name in politics and administration; his sagacity and oratory prowess brought him into political lime light.
He served as Senior Legislative Aid to Former Deputy Speaker of the Federal House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Emeka Ihedioha for four years.
Hon. Kizzito Onuoha also served as an elected member of the State Working Committee of the Peoples Democratic Party PDP where he functioned as the State Publicity Secretary.
After that he was elected as the Owerri Zonal Secretary of the same Peoples Democratic Party for two terms.
He resigned from that office after Seven years and also resigned his membership of the PDP to Join the Ruling All Progressives Congress(APC).
An altruist and advocate of good governance, whose love for his constituents is unparalleled; a good number of youths have been gainfully employed through his connections as many others have benefitted from both Federal and State governments’ empowerment programmes through him.
The new Ngor Okpala SOLAD has endeared himself to his constituents and political associates who admire his sagacity, resilience and consistency.
Hon. Kizzito Chidozie Onuoha is happily married to delectable Mrs. Ifeyinwa Kizzito Onuoha, and they are blessed with lovely children.
