The new executive of Association of Nigerian Licensed Customs Agents -ANLCA, Tincan Chapter, on Thursday, 26th of March, received the National President of the association, Mr. Kingsley Emenike Nwokeoji to the Chapter.

The National President and members of the National Working Committee- NECOM, were at Tincan Chapter to introduce the newly inaugurated Executive led by Prince Oluwole Cole.

Earlier, the President and members of the NECOM had led the new Chapter Executive to the Customs Area Controller of Tincan Command, Compt. F.O. Onyeka for formal introduction and familiarization.

Apart from introducing the New Chapter Executive, the President and the Controller interfaced on critical issues bothering on administrative policies and certain professional challenges and charted a way forward.

The Chairman of ANLCA, Tincan Chapter, Prince Oluwole Cole, and his team were seen in their best of moods, as the National President and members of the National Working Committee were given a rousing welcome by members of the association, representatives of sister associations, who were already waiting patiently at the Chapter Secretariat.

Mr. Nwokeoji, after inspecting the newly renovated Secretariat, expressed great delight, and commended Prince Cole for his unique leadership qualities. In his words, ” l am amazed by what l have seen here today, ordinarily, l would have wished that we relocate the National Secretariat to this facility, the refreshing atmosphere as well as the interior arrangement are something no one can resist, and l begin to wonder, if we can get this level of comfort here on earth, one can begin imagine the level of comfort and pleasure in heaven.”

Prince Wale Cole did not only renovate the Chapter Secretariat alone, he has also secured a health care facility where stakeholders, can seek emergency medical attention while at work place. A gesture which was highly applauded by the National President of ANLCA, members of NECOM and everyone at the event.

Prince Cole reassured to reconcile all existing differences amongst members, saying that his door would remain open for people seeking professional or personal assistance.

Speaking, the National Vice President of ANLCA, Prince Segun Oduntan, stated that the choice of Cole was not a mistake, passing a vote of confidence on his leadership. He advised him to reconcile the chapter and carry everybody along.
Prince Oduntan also reminded Cole of members welfare, especially the aged members of the association, and urged him to reintroduce the insurance package which he stated while he was Tincan Chapter Chairman.

Those at the event were given the opportunity to get medical attention as many checked their blood pressure (BP) and sugar levels.
