Freight Forwarders have been urged to remain strong in the face of inconsistent fiscal policies continually churned out by the Federal Government.

The Chairman of KLT Chapter of National Association of Government Approved Freight Forwarders- NAGAFF, Engr. Emmanuel Umeadi, in his Easter Message, said freight forwarders are currently going through undue hardships occasioned by very harsh economic policies.

Engr. Umeadi urged Maritime Practitioners to always stand up to confront extortionists in the cloak of public servants as the country belongs to every Nigerian.

Meanwhile, the KLT Chapter Chairman of NAGAFF condemned the high level of impunity and high-handedness displayed by Shipping Companies and Terminal Operators in service delivery, calling for moderation in their dealings with freight forwarders and importers.

Umeadi in the message, extended special greetings to the Founder of NAGAFF, Dr. Boniface Aniebonam, the President, Chief Fwdr. Tochukwu Esisi and his National Executive as well as the entire membership of the Association.
