The event, which held at LCCI Hall, Alausa, Ikeja, Lagos, was graced by a good number of Business Entrepreneurs, Traditional Rulers, Leadership Coaches and Journalists.

The theme of the event was “Qualitative Service Delivery:
An Essential Tool for Economic Growth & Development.
A paper on the subject was presented by Prof. M.A. Adebowale, President, Institute of Purchasing & Supply Administration of Nigeria(CIPSAN), ably represented by Dr. Foloki E. Anthony, Research Fellow, African Center For Human Development & Administrative Leadership.

Hon. Chibuzo Valentine Ogamba Rff, FITMT, is the MD/CEO, Sigaba Logistics Limited, and Vice Chairman, Association of Nigerian Licensed Customs Agents- ANLCA, KLT Chapter. Ogamba is a Registered Freight Forwarder (RFF) and Fellow, Institute of Transport and Management Technology (FITMT).
His Agency, Sigaba Logistics Limited, is known for quality service delivery and has trained over 200 freight forwarders. Currently, the company over 25 active Staff in its employ.

A Co- Recipient, Fwdr. Azeez Abayomi Mustapha, Rff, FITMT, is the Managing Principal of AZ Logistics Limited, a seasoned freight forwarder and logistics expert. Fwdr. Mustapha is a Registered Freight Forwarder (RFF), as well as Fellow, Institute of Transport and Management Technology (FITMT). He has displayed rare leadership qualities as the Managing Principal of a widely recommended freight logistics firm, AZ Logistics Limited, a company whose watchwords are “professionalism and integrity”.
The duo, who were eulogized by Landmark Africa Magazine for their unique leadership qualities and business ideas, have carved a niche for themselves in their fields of endeavour.

Meanwhile, Dr. Iyogwoya, Ochuko, Vice President, Melodia Coding Academy, was among the recipients. In her response after being presented with the award by the Executive Editor of Landmark Africa Magazine, Ms. Joy Ebune Onichabor, Dr. Ochuko advised entrepreneurs to remain focused and committed to self improvement. She stressed the need for human capacity building, describing it as a catalyst for financial independence and societal well-being.
During his paper presentation, Prof. M.A. Adebowale urged the audience to always take whatever professional services they render seriously in other not to lose their clients. He stated that “service delivery plays a crucial role in the economic growth and development of any region. In Africa, where economies are diversifying beyond agriculture and extractive industries, qualitative service delivery has emerged as a key driver of progress. From education and healthcare to financial services and digital innovation, improving service quality can enhance productivity, attract investments, and improve living standards”.
“Service delivery is a crucial aspect of any organization, influencing customer satisfaction, loyalty, and overall business success. Qualitative Service delivery focuses on providing high-quality services that meet or exceed customer expectations, unlike quantitative service delivery, which measures service efficiency in numerical terms, qualitative service delivery emphasizes customer experience, personalization, and service delivery.”
The paper explored the key elements of qualitative service delivery, its importance, challenges, and strategies for improvement in West Africa.
The Royal Father of the Day was the Seriki Overall of Alimosho, His Royal Majesty, Ahmad Kuraja.
Earlier in her welcome address, the Executive Editor of Landmark Africa Magazine, Joy Ebune Onichabor, emphasized that the recognition was not designed to promote frivolities but to celebrate Nigerians who have impacted positively on the lives of the generality of citizens despite several daunting challenges.
