If you have no one to kick you in the arse in order to awaken you from your slumber, you will keep snoring away precious opportunities.Time and nature strategically position someone who takes charge to always awaken you to realities, one who makes you see the world exactly the way it is so that you keep your eyes on the ball.
It is those constant tapping on the knee, those bitter truths, those altercations, invectives and diatribes ; those browbeating and early morning summons, that make us realize and seize opportunities when they come our ways as one of the greatest undoings of a man is being complacent amid nothing.
In a football team,every team member has a role to play. If you can not play upfront you make yourself relevant in the midfield, if you are good as a defender you position yourself at the back while the person at the goal post does his job of goalkeeping.
In this vast human market, everyone has a place he can fit in if not with academic qualification, with acquired skill , or with spontaneous gift (talent). A writer says, “each of us possesses a spark of individual brilliance, every one of us is capable of accomplishing something in our own unique way that cannot be accomplished by anyone else, and striving to discover what is our niche in this vast human market is part of our conquest of life”.
I will never applaud anyone that relaxes during hustling hours because there is dignity in labour. Launch into the deep first before concluding that there are no fishes in there, because you never can tell the time of amazing harvest. Therefore, you must venture out even if your shoe pinches.
Individual and professional lapses abound, making available, employment opportunities for everyone as it is obvious that there are essential services that are not being adequately provided, as well as demands that are not being sufficiently met on daily basis, those are lacunae,they are opportunities that are always there. If we can’t sight them from our standpoints, it then means there is the need for repositioning.
